7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is also not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be used within its intended design and specifications, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law in England and Wales, Car Hire in Barrow-in-Furness is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, linked to your use of our services. Our liability for any claim is capped at the total amount paid for your rental in the past year.
